Thirty years ago I started my law practice in Augusta, Georgia. During my years of practice, I have tried to jury verdict every kind of case imaginable.
On the criminal law side, I've tried disorderly conduct to complex murder cases. On the civil side, everything from breach of contract to complex product liability cases.

After trying in excess of 250 jury trials and settling thousands of civil cases, I bring a fresh perspective to the wonderful process of mediation. Yes, wonderful, is how I describe it. It's a time to come together with your adversary and for you to become the master of your settlement. People coming together in a spirit of give and take in a reasonable manner, never sacrificing a truth but understanding perspectives of truth from both sides.
It is a process of understanding and sharing ideas but most of all listening intently to the people who trust you to get their case settled. As a Neutral, I have no dog in the hunt, no friends to reward and no enemies to punish. My job is to get your case settled.
